Delivery Information

Shipping Destinations & Costs:

  • Hungary: Standard shipping – 6,000 HUF

    • Free shipping on orders over 390,000 HUF

  • Europe (EU countries) & Ukraine: Standard shipping – €39

    • Free shipping on orders over €999

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Hungary: Up to 3 business days from order confirmation

  • Europe & Ukraine: Up to 7 business days from order confirmation

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, including tracking information where available.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Please provide an accurate shipping address.

  • Strunowy Raj is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

  • For shipments outside the EU, customs fees or import taxes may apply.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or are not happy with your product, you can return it following our EU-compliant return policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns must be made within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods.

  • Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Electronics, including guitars and kits, must include all accessories, manuals, and components.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact us at StrunowyRaj@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Refunds include the full purchase price, including standard shipping costs.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is defective or incorrect.

Exceptions:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or not in original condition may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Custom-made or personalized products may be non-returnable unless faulty.
