Return and Refund Policy – Strunowy Raj

At Strunowy Raj, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received.

  • Electronics, including guitars and kits, must be returned with all accessories, manuals, and components.

How to Return an Item:

  2. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • The refund includes the full purchase price, including standard shipping costs.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless it is defective or incorrect.

Exceptions:

  • Items that are damaged due to improper use or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Custom-made or personalized products may be non-returnable unless faulty.
