1. Shipping Destinations and Costs:

  • Hungary: Standard shipping: 6,000 HUF

    • Free shipping for orders over 390,000 HUF

  • Europe (EU countries) & Ukraine: Standard shipping: €39

    • Free shipping for orders over €999

2. Delivery Time:

  • Hungary: Up to 3 business days from order confirmation

  • Europe and Ukraine: Up to 7 business days from order confirmation

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

3. Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, including tracking information where available.

4. Tracking Your Order:

  • For international shipments, tracking information will be provided to monitor your package.

  • For domestic (Hungarian) orders, tracking may be available depending on the carrier.

5. Shipping Restrictions:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

  • Strunowy Raj is not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
